Requirements:
1.Master degree
2.Graduated from optical communication, electrical or automatic related.
3.Good team player and capability of working independently is a must.
4.Skillful on 1 or 2 kinds of program SW, such as Visual Basic ,C#.
5.Understand the principle of some light module products, high-speed data communications / Telecom optical transceiver module (Transmitter/Receiver) or (Transceiver, Transponder,OSA)
6.Familiar with high speed optical/electrical testing instruments
7.Good sense in effective communication
8.outgoing and optimistic
Responsibilities:
1.Opt-electrical product testing and test system setup.
2.Work with product team to realize the automatic testing.
3.Failure analysis
4.Generate related documents and transfer the testing to production team.
5.Train technician on test development and maintenance.
6.Responsible for the test yield improvement, HPU &Scrap reduction and cost down.
7.Responsible for test capacity ramp uphe second source develop, low cost material purchase. Work with SDE team to review quarter by quarter.
