Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and Physical, Material engineering
2.3 years above experience in optical industry, familiar with 10G,40G,100G product alignment process
3.Good interpersonal skill, Proactive,
4.Familiar with office (excel, ppt, word,..)
5.Fluent in both oral and writing English
Responsibilities:
1.Opt-electrical product testing and test system setup.
2.Work with product team to realize the automatic testing.
3.Failure analysis
4.Generate related documents and transfer the testing to production team.
5.Train technician on test development and maintenance.
6.Responsible for the test yield improvement, HPU &Scrap reduction and cost down.
7.Responsible for test capacity ramp uphe second source develop, low cost material purchase. Work with SDE team to review quarter by quarter.
