Responsibilities:
-Conduct data analysis, documentation to support employee benefit type project (e.g. benefit review and design) according to project objective/needs
-Design effective and efficient reports and data analytics to support projects, including claim report, RFP, quotation, proposal, etc.
-Negotiate, cooperate and manage the insurance vendors together with Account Team to complete the bidding and renewal process based on the clients’ needs and Mercer requirement
-Link brokers/consultants and integrate requested reports by defining standard processes. Serve as key contact for vendor systems and processing issues. Lead team to build efficient and effective communication within team—keep team apprise of vision and up-to-date information on clients
-Provide coaching and mentoring for junior members. Work with consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills. Involve in product improvement and development. Contribute to operational streamlining and optimization
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Statistics, Insurance, and Human Resources major.
-Capable of operating MSOffice software skillfully
-Strong data integration, clean, and analysis capabilities
-Demonstrated teamwork spirit
-Able to communicate effectively internally and externally
-Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
-Good verbal and written English
