岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- Design future: You develop the innovative system of highly automated driving;
- Assume responsibility: You are responsible for the system development including customer-specific scopes;
- Reliability: You develop and implement the customer requirements in coordination with platform development and customer teams;
- Holistic thinking: You work in the V-model with requirement development, architecture, design, simulation, test, etc. of system level;
- Cooperation: You coordinate and make the implementation come to an agreement together with our global development departments;
- Coordinate conscientiously: You coordinate the system requirements with customers (OEM) and internal departments.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士或以上学历，计算机、软件及相关专业；
  Master degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
- CET-6级以上，出色的英文书写及口语能力；
  Excellent English in both spoken and written, CET6 above.
- Experience with AUTOSAR methods, C/C++, Linux;
- 驾驶辅助系统开发经验;
  System development experience of driver assistance;
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
  Communication ability with all levels of people and Flexible, good problem solving skills;
- 较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神；
  Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details;
- 高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间。
  Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills.
