岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1. 需求分析 – 理解并分析新型制动系统相关技术需求
Understand, analyze and review requirement related to new braking systems
2. 系统测试 – 分类,部分执行(例如用)并评估基于需求验证的系统测试条例,并使其自动化
Specify, execute, automate and evaluate test cases for requirements verification
3. 测试文档 – 记录测试结果,完成测试报告,并汇报测试中发现的问题
Document test results in test report, write test defect reports and assign to responsible
4. 支持全球项目团队 – 与博世其他地区合作谈论需求的定义,回顾和测试,与总部系统开发部门紧密合作并支持其开发工作
Cooperate with other Bosch regions in system requirements definition, review and testing, close cooperation and supporting of the system departments of Germany
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
1. 教育背景:硕士或以上学历,车辆工程、机械电子及相关专业;有海外留学(或交换生)经验的优先
Master degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electronic or equivalent; a longer stay overseas studying is preferred
2. 知识和技能:需要掌握车辆动态及制动系统理论。有ABS/ESP/新型制动系统开发经验或车辆性能测试及评价经验优先
Know vehicle dynamic and braking theory well. Direct experience in ABS/ESP/NBS system development and vehicle performance test and evaluation is preferred.
3. 语言:英语CET-6级以上,出色的英文书写及口语能力;会德语优先。
Excellent English in both spoken and written, CET6 above; good at German is preferred.
4. 办公软件:Quality Center Tool, Doors, Matlab/Simulink
5. 能力要求:
· 良好的沟通表达能力,具有灵活性,善于解决问题;
Communication ability with all levels of people and Flexible, good problem solving skills.
· 较强的组织协调能力,关注细节,具有团队合作精神;
Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details.
· 高度的责任心,工作积极主动,善于合理分配时间,。
