岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 参与各类工艺装备的技术设计与工艺设计及新工艺装备的验证；
  Participate in the technical design and process design of equipments, and the verification of new process equipment.
- 编制工装生产制造计划及采购计划单并落实实施；
  Make and carry out the production plan and purchase plan.
- 负责对各类工艺装备的使用效果、使用寿命进行跟踪分析，及时解决处理工艺装备在生产过程中发生的技术问题，不断采用新技术加以改进和完善；
  Be responsible for the use effect of all kinds of process equipment, the service life of the tracking analysis, timely solve processing technology and equipment in the process of production of technical problems, continuously adopt new technology to improve the effect.
- 制定刀具要求，确定刀具的合理切削参数及使用工作指导书；
  Make tool specifications, determine the rational cutting parameters of knives and use work instructions.
- 按照工艺要求对各类刀具进行选型，制定刀具一览表，确定其使用寿命，以及重磨和更换计划；
  According to the process requirements, various kinds of tools are selected, the tool list is formulated, determine the service life of the tool is, and determine the plan of regrinding and replacement .
- 参与新产品工艺开发工作。
  Participate in new product process development.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历；专业：车辆工程类、电子电气类、软硬件类、机械类、自动化、信息工程及材料类等；
  Bachelor degree or above. Major: Vehicle engineering, electronic and electrical, software and hardware, machinery, automation, information engineering, materials and etc.;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
  With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
  With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
  With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
