岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 新产品设计研发，组织新产品试生产(电子电气类）；
Product design of new products, or organize new pilot production (electronic and electrical);
- 协调解决新产品试制与生产过程中的相关技术问题；
Deal with the relevant technical problems in pilot production;
- 收集产品设计质量问题，以分析、改进和提高设计质量；
Collect the problems of design and quality to analyze and improve the quality of design;
- 参与客户的技术问题支持和新产品外购件的技术支持工作。
Take part in technical support work of customer and new product purchase.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历；专业：车辆工程类、电子电气类、软硬件类、机械类、自动化、信息工程及材料类等；
Bachelor degree or above. Major: Vehicle engineering, electronic and electrical, software and hardware, machinery, automation, information engineering, materials and etc.;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
- 工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
