岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 技术服务支持工作--包括但是不限于安装和安装支持,调试和调试支持,维修,故障排除,运行培训,保养等;
Technical service incl. but not limited to installation + installation support, commissioning + commissioning support, repairs, trouble shooting, operator training, maintenance;
- 区域服务商的开发和管理;
Service partner development & management;
- 保修期内和保修期外产品的质量的技术分析和评估;
Technical analysis and evaluation of in-warranty + out of warranty claims;
- 服务投诉的处理,与相关部门的沟通;
Service complaint dealing with + communication with relevant parties;
- 零配件和服务的促销和销售。
Spare parts and service promotion + sales.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 暖通或相关专业本科学历;
Bachelor Degree in HVAC or related field;
- CET-6级以上,英语听说读写流利;
CET-6 above, English written and verbal;
- 办公软件Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- 积极主动,优秀的沟通能力、和团队合作精神;
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 客户服务意识;
Strong awareness of customer service;
- 乐于承担责任,推动事情向前发展,值得信赖。
