岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 建立有效的销售网络,管理销售渠道;
Builds up strong and productive sales network and manage channels in defined area;
- 配合代理商跟踪关键项目,扩大市场占有率,完成销售预测;
Run after key projects together with dealers, and extend market share to complete sales forecast;
- 维护现有代理商的关系,管理代理商的付款、应收账款和订单;
Maintain strong relationship with existing dealers and manage dealers’ payment, account receivable and orders;
- 负责市场情报的收集,竞争对手分析;
Responsible for market info collection and analysis of competitors;
- 负责计划和贯彻执行所有的销售活动,完成销售目标。
Responsible for plan and implementation of all sales activities in respective area and accomplish the sales target.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历,建筑环境与设备工程、暖通、机械工程或相关工科专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, HVAC*, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Majors;
- CET-4级及以上,英语听说读写流利;
CET4 above;English written and verbal;
- 办公软件Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- 积极主动,优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 具有分析和创造性思维;
Analytical and Creative Thinking;
- 乐于承担责任,推动事情向前发展,值得信赖。
