岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 产品硬件电路设计、参数计算；
  Designing the hardware circuit and parameter calculation;
- 参与产品技术方案的研究及仿真研究；
  Make the technical solution of product and simulation research;
- 产品驱动、检测、保护方案的研究及硬件电路成本分析；
  Making the driver, check and protection circuit solution and analyzing the      hardware cost;
- 产品设计失效分析及历史项目教训检查；
  Implement product DFMEA and check lesson learn;
- 与德国总部进行项目合作。
  Close cooperation with German leadplants.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 电气工程自动化或自动控制相关专业，硕士以上学历；
  Master’s degree or above in Power Electric automation or automatic control;
- 有一定的硬件开发经验或基础；
  Hardware development related experience;
- 功率电路理论，电子与电气技术，电机理论，DSP 处理器应用；
  Power Circuit Theory, electric and electronic technology, motor theory, DSP     processor applications;
- 能够熟练应用功率电路仿真及计算软件并绘制原理图；
  Able to apply the simulation and calculation software of power circuit and draw  the schematic diagram;
- 软件技能MS Office，PSIM/Pspice， MATLAB,  MATHCAD AD12；
  Software MS office, Psim/Pspice, Matlab,  Mathcad ,  AD12;
- 较好的英语口语能力 (能讲一定德语者优先考虑)；
  Strong Oral English skill, German language skill preferred;
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作和协调能力。
  Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, good team player with coordination   skills.
