岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 电机控制算法相关的技术研究和调研；
  Motor control algorithm research and investigation;
- 变频器相关应用的客户现场支持；
  Frequency converter on-site application support;
- 与德国总部和印度团队进行紧密合作。
  Close cooperation with German leadplants and Indian teams.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士及以上，电力电子、电力传动、自动控制、电机与电器学及计算机科学等相关专业；
  Master degree or above, majored in power electronics and electric drives,automation, electrical machinery and electrical apparatus and computer science technology, etc.

- 电机算法开发相关经验；
  Related experience in motor algorithm development;
- 熟悉矢量控制原理和算法，电机驱动知识和模型；ARM等控制器的C开发经验；
  Familiar with vector control theory and algorithm, motor drive                 knowledge;experienced with ARM controller development based on C language;
- 具有电力电子设备固件和软件开发经验；
  Experienced in related power electronic equipment firmware development;
- 软件技能MS Office；
  Software MS office;
- 较好的英语口语能力 (能讲一定德语者优先考虑)；
  Strong Oral English skill, German language skill preferred;
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作和协调能力。
  Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, good team player with coordination   skills.
