岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 收集和分析软件应用的需求；
  Requirement collection and analysis into a specification for software application;
- 根据技术规范设计系统架构；
  Drafting of system architecture from the specification;
- 与海外团队合作开发软件；
  Software development in cooperation with offshore development team;
- 在海外开发团队的支持下进行内部系统测试；
  Unit and system testing internally with support of offshore team;
- 执行验收测试。             
  Execute acceptance testing.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 研究生学历,软件工程专业；
  Master degree in software engineering;
- 专业的英文沟通能力；
  Proficient in English with good communication skills;
- Basic programming knowledge, LabVIEW ,C++ and C#;
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
  Communication ability with people, Flexibility and good problem solving skills;
- 高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间；
  Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, time management skills;
- 乐于接受挑战，快速学习。
  Willingness to take challenges, fast learning.
