岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 根据特定的、复杂的需求为机电系统和工业4.0产品提供独立的电气解决方案；
  Develop independently electrical solutions for mechatronic systems and Industry 4.0-products according to specific, complex requirements;
- 分解机电部件（电机，控制器，控制柜…）及其接口的系统规范和要求；
  Break-down system specification and requirements to mechatronic components (motor, Controller, control    cabinets…) and its interfaces;
- 设计和计算电气部件；
  Design and calculation of electrical components;
- 负责Active-Suite产品组合；
  Responsible for the product portfolio of Active-Suite;
- 在国际化产品开发团队中工作。
  Working in an international product development team.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士学历，电气工程或电子工程相关专业；
  Master degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
- 流利的英文书写及口语能力；
  Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- 具备工厂自动化电气系统设计知识，尤其是驱动和控制柜（具备电气技师资格者优先考虑）；
  Knowledge in design of electrical factory automation systems, especially drives and control cabinets (Certified electrician will be a plus);
- 具备PLC和软件编程等基础知识；如C++和Matlab；
  Basic knowledge in PLC and software programming, e.g. C++ and Matlab;
- 较强的分析、组织能力；
  Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- 出色的沟通表达能力，能够胜任在跨领域/国际化团队中的工作；
  Excellent communication skills for working in an interdisciplinary/international team;
- 具备独立工作并积极争取创新解决方案/产品的能力。
  Ability to work independently and actively striving for innovative solutions/products capability.
