Job Description：
> Process improvements (all process related - scrap reduction, performance improvements etc. improvement of process stability and repeatability etc.)
> Create and update of Process FMEA of assigned process. As an owner, organize the related functions to define the items of Process FMEA periodically, and incorporate Process FMEA into routine work
> Process parameters /machine settings definition for series production. Monitor the process status and machine setting, and correct the unacceptable operations. Creation and updating of work instructions / standard operations instructions. Support to train the Shift Leader, Machine Leader and operators
> Support the development and trials of new raw materials and new formulations. As an interface between RDR and Plant, consider all related risks and requests, ensure new raw materials and new formulations launched smoothly
> Commissioning, ramp-up and training on new production lines/ new processes
> Customer complaints – support in analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions
> Statistical process analysis
> Complete additional tasks which might be not related your position from your supervisor
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Process Technology
> Knowledge in processes and products
> Knowledge about Quality Core Tools, Minitab and Six Sigma
> Good command of both oral and written English
