Job Description：
> Responsible for raw material localization and new material development
> Define standard formulation and relative construction and uniform raw material type
> Work on advanced project development according to the agreed project plans in cooperation with other relevant departments and the customer in order to fulfill the specifications needed
> Ensure that all documentation and monitoring of the development process and the detailed product description is done according to the rules of IATF 16949
> Responsible for building-up know how of raw material Market Cooperation with supplier and university
> Define conditions for trials of new raw materials in cooperation with the purchasing departments of BC/BK and the R&D department of BK
> Create feasible specifications for raw materials/ in process/ finished products for relative departments
> Responsible for smell improvement, etc. technical topic
> Responsible for cost improved SEV, UEV, PVC/PP, TPO product
> Fulfil other tasks arranged by superiors
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemistry, Mechanical or Technical Engineering
> Knowledge in polymer processing
> Knowledge about FMEA/ APQP/ PPAP/ Process audit system
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Experience in Automotive industry is a plus
> Experience in FMEA/ APQP/PPAP/Process audit system is a plus
