Job Description：
> Define concept of new production equipment or upgrade of existing lines, in agreement with company strategic targets (technology roadmap, production capacity, and investment targets)
> Responsible for OEE and FPY of new equipment introduced in production to meet plant targets
> Exchange continuously information with Product development (e.g. new products, DTC) Project managers (e.g. Projects timing) Quality manager (8D support, scrap reduction) FF Head (e.g. Increase productivity)
> Develop alternative and innovative manufacturing processes through research, cooperation with universities and suppliers, with the target to improve and optimize processes productivity and quality
> Promote synergies within worldwide industrial engineering sharing know how, knowledge and experiences in order to reduce process R&D costs
> Define process and equipment requirements for the new products and FMEA review

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical and Electronic background
> Experience in high precision assembly or test for automation industry is preferred
> Good understanding of automotive engineering
> Good communication skills
> Good intercultural competence and willingness to work in international team
> Good command of both oral and written English
