Job Description：
> Programming and fault finding on control systems, including PLC, tightening, marking, and leaser
> Support required production output through Continuous Improvement and proven Engineering Techniques
> Programming and maintenance of various assembly stations, including Bosch Torque Control Programming Software: Se300 and WinSEPR
> Take a lead in the development of mistake proofing systems, ensuring the systems are robust and always fail safe. This includes the development of the controls and operating instructions as well as the physical control circuit
> Take an active lead in new projects and their implementation from conception to completion. This will include the creation of specifications based using Continental Standards, for purchasing to obtain quotations
> Provide additional support to the production department (this may include more typical production engineering support in times of high workloads/demands)
> Assist in the analysis of the training needs within the engineering department and the organizing of training courses and programs to meet the needs of the department
> Liaise with sub-contractors in the negotiation and implementation of third party projects, including service/calibration contracts
> Provide support on quality issues that require, a team orientated approach to problem solving
> Implement process improvements based on departmental requirements that will improve efficiencies within the business at Ebbw Vale

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic
> Good experience for AutoCAD, solidworks and other Microsoft office tools
> Good communication skill
