Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, start-up, on site training and maintenance service to customer
- Carry out maintenance visits - PM visits
- Perform technical support, mainly on post-sales but will perform pre-sales technical support if necessary
- Maintain job efficiency by constantly reviewing the time utilization of own activities
- Maintain high focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Technical and/or chemical background preferably with an MSc. or BSc. degree
- Have hardware knowledge related to Electronics, Fluidics, Mechanics etc.
- Willing to learn new technologies and applications
- Ready to work in a motivated and flexible team in close cooperation with Application Chemists, Sales Specialists and our Support Groups .
- Have knowledge of Waters Software solutions like MassLynx and Empower is a plus. Have expertise / knowledge in related applications is a plus
