Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the system implementation of informatics products, such as Empower Enterprise, NuGenesis SDMS/ELN/LMS, work closely with project manager to ensure the smooth project deliver;

- Responsible for the preparation of implementation document, including implementation plans, test records, acceptance report, and operation instructions;
- Provide administrator and end-user training and problem solving;
- Provide on-site post-sale support and maintenance, including provide consulting, advising, explanation and trouble shooting, to relevant product and business, collect customer feedback.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer science, or pharmaceutical/chemistry with informatics work experience
- Internship experience within a regulated environment for the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry is preferred
- Internship experience in analytical or QC laboratories utilizing Empower 3 Enterprise or NuGenesis SDMS is strongly preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
