岗位要求: 

  1.微电子学、通信、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；

2.熟悉CMOS半导体工艺，熟悉基本器件结构，有一定的器件理论基础；

3.熟练掌握模拟IC设计方法，对opamp, osc, bandgap等基本拓扑有相当的理解；

4.良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，积极主动完成公司分配的工作任务。 

岗位职责： 

  1. 模拟IC的设计与开发；

2. 与版图工程师合作，指导版图设计；

3. 与测试工程师合作进行IC失效分析。
