岗位要求：

  1、有扎实的数字专业知识，熟悉集成电路设计/验证流程、方法和工具；

  2、熟悉计算机原理,熟悉ARM基本架构，AMBA总线协议和及常用IP的原理；

  3、精通Verilog/VHDL，System Verilog，TCL，PERL等语言，能够根据spec编写代码，仿真验证；

  4、具有ARM或者MCU项目经验者优先；

  5、富有钻研精神、逻辑思维严密、动手能力强；

  6、具有较强的学习能力、独立工作能力、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

  7、电子工程、计算机或微电子等相关专业，统招全日制硕士。

   

  岗位职责：

  1、Flash存储器Controller和内部算法的逻辑设计与功能验证；

  2、基于PIC架构的8-bit低功耗小家电系列MCU的产品研发；

  3、基于ARM架构的高性能/低功耗通用MCU和专用SoC产品研发。
