诺华研发培训生项目力邀生命科学专业本科及硕士毕业的青年人才，汇聚诺华上海园区，深入科研实践，启航职业生涯。

作为诺华全球顶尖的研发中心之一，诺华（中国）生物医学研究中心创办诺华研发培训生项目。在为期两年的项目中，培训生将前往新近落成的世界一流的诺华上海园区深造，与诺华顶尖科学家们一起工作、交流，通过药物研发实践操作获取关键技能和经验，还将学习诺华前瞻的药物研发理念和知识。项目期满时，表现优异的培训生有机会申请研发中心的相关工作职位。

诺华研发培训生项目面向满足以下条件的申请人招生：

• 毕业未满一年的本科或硕士研究生

• 生物科学、医学、遗传学、计算科学、有机化学、分析化学或相关专业,专业课GPA高于3.0（GPA4.0制）

• 有从事分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、组织学、体外/体内药理学、分析化学、有机化学、计算生物学领域科研实践经验的申请人可优先考虑

• 以生物医药行业作为职业发展方向

• 学习能力强，有志于投身实验室科研

• 具有团队合作精神和良好的英语沟通能力

The CNIBR R&D Trainee Program recruits young talent with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in life sciences and offers scientific and professional training in Novartis Shanghai Campus.

Hosted by China Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (CNIBR) in Shanghai, one of the top R&D centers of Novartis globally, the CNIBR Research and Development (R&D) Trainee Program recruits young talent with a Bachelor or Master’s degree and offers scientific and professional training with Novartis leading scientists as mentors in the state-of-the-art Novartis Shanghai Campus.
During the two-year program, trainees will receive fundamental training that equips them with essential skills and knowledge in real-world drug discovery and perform scientific assignments with their mentors in the open and diverse lab settings.
Those who deliver a strong performance upon completion of the program will have the opportunity to apply for opening positions at CNIBR.

The ideal candidates are:

• Fresh Bachelor or Master graduates within 1 year post graduation

• Major in Biological Science, Medicine, Genetics and Computational Science, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field with average GPA above 3.0 (4.0 scale) in major courses

• Working experience in research laboratory and hands-on experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, histology, in vitro / in vivo pharmacology, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry or computational biology are highly desired

• Passionate in developing career in biopharmaceutical industry

• Strong learning capability and willing to concentrate on lab research

• Good team player and sound communication skill in English
