Job Duties:

- Recruitment/HR support on on-board/exit/training/system updating/filing…

- Administrative supports to GM;

- Travel arrangement (Overseas air ticket/Hotel booking/cross-border...)

- Visa application/updating for FR employees;

- Company official licenses (Company chop, Business license, Tax License) maintainence and admin support once necessary;

- Company event/activities organization: various projects/events like BUT Show ; annual party/teambuilding support; Fairs'(Canton fair/Funiture fair... )planning support

- Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- Relevant experience in HR/Admin related fields;

- Good communications and interpersonal skills, be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment;

- Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality;

- Good coordination skill and teamwork spirit;

- Excellent in English skills and good PC literature.
