ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
APAC IT Servicedesk is 1st tier IT support group for FedEx Internal users based in SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, VN, HK, JP, AU, NZ, TW, KR, GU, CN and partial US regions. We are using ITIL as operation framework to cooperate closely with other IT parties and Vendors.
Our goal is to provide Fast and Efficient 1st level solution to end users who has problems in using IT products in order to minimize the potential impact on business. For example, Exchange email, Office365, Oracle Iplanet email, Blackberry, Airwatch; or FedEx characterized applications like Custom clearance system, Dispatch system, Weight Balance system...
Also we are the first contact point for users to report IT crisis or outages. So ability in crisis management and Time management is crutially important.
NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Excellent command of oral English.
-Good verbal communication skills
-Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and sense of responsibility
