As business needs, we now need an extra administrative assistant for our office in Luogang.
Job Duties:
You will be working with an international team in Mainland China and mainly responsible to the following job duties, but not limited to:
Project support (implementing project set up, supporting the contracting and invoicing process and project close in accordance with the appropriate procedures)
Updating the Team List Tool (to grant team members access to electronic network folders)
Building effective working relationships with colleagues from different departments;
Perform a variety of other administrative tasks as assigned
Assists in the collection and organization of data and documents
Qualifications:
Strong communicator, with clear written and oral communication skills;
Solution focused;
Attention to detail;
Flexible approach in undertaking a variety of responsibilities, capable of handling and providing creative solutions to problems;
English language skills;

Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00
