We are looking to expand the Business Development team with smart, motivated, and client-focused Business Development Specialist who is keen to embrace this dynamic international environment, eager to absorb knowledge and delivery quality results.
In this role you will get:
l Training on CRM management, project management, secondary research etc.
l Market insights sharing of various industry sectors
l Opportunity to practice written and oral communication skills in English

Actions and responsibilities:
l Work with the senior leadership team to proactively generate and actively maintain a lead bank of potential sales opportunities
l Manage and report upon lead status, account structural changes, and client satisfaction etc.
l Sales call/meetings arrangement
l Customize marketing material based on clients potential interests
l Efficiently conduct secondary research (on market, industry and country levels) to support sales activities
l Update and manage SAI knowledge database and customer information database
l Professionally represent SAI at all levels within client and target organizations to enhance our reputation
Qualifications:
l BA/BS degree or equivalent majored in English / Business / Management / Economics etc.
l Detail oriented and have strong work ethic, we value candidate with PRO-ACTIVE work attitude
l Passion for sales and marketing
l Strong communication skills in English at a business level
l Proactive problem solving capabilities & outstanding interpersonal skills
l MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
l Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
The salary range RMB 6000-8000
The position is based in Beijing, very little travel is required. Competitive compensation will be offered for the right candidate.
