Major Responsibility: Working as a customer education engineer, deliver standard and advance training courses to customers; Answer customer questions and trace customer operating situation; Provide continuous support to customer; Develop course materials and localize training materials; Go to customer site to do on-site training and application consulting; Maintain training equipment and manage parts and facilities in training center. QUALIFICATION Master and above or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry or relevant background. Proficient in chromatography mass spectrometry, especially Agilent instrument experience. Hardware familiar with maintenance experience is preferred. Good knowledge chemical analysis. Industry application background is preferred. Good knowledge on PC Operation and networking, including Windows and MS office etc. Honesty, Integrity and cooperation. Be happy to do service job for customers. Frequent business travels are needed. Be fluent on English and Chinese, and good communication skill. | |||
