Job Description
Target position after 2 years rotation is Product key account manager.
As a manger position, he/she shall manage the team, and he/her personal role for this position is:
1, Responsible for realization of the Key performance of the defined product. And working as a driver in company internal organization and also with external contact. ( Key performance will be quality target ( Scrap of the product), Cost target ( control cost under the frame of the product group target ), delivery target ( product fulfilled customer demand ) ).
2, Conduct annual business planning, based on the customer demand volume. GB requirement, and also department requirement. With annual business planning, Satisfy internal/external business target. Forming break down team target, organize activity to realize business planning target.
3, Responsible for internal/external customer audit/requirement realization.
4, Managing team as a team manager for discipline manage, and people development.
Qualifications
- Master degree& above from top university
- Major in industrial engineering or business administration or mechanical and electrical
integration
- Working experiences in project management ( responsible for project cost
control, keeping project time schedule) preferred
- Working experiences at Europe company preferred
- Having cross function working experiences is a plus ( E,G Engineering, Direct purchasing ).
- Highly self-motivated, leadership potential and entrepreneurship
- Advanced English language skill, speaking German is preferred
- Overseas working or study experience is preferred
- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
- Locate in Suzhou or Jiangsu province preferred
