| Major Responsibility: 1、Develop application, method and solution on Agilent LCMS (QTOF and QQQ) to meet the customer's needs and expectations 2、Pre-sales case support and sample running for LCMS product line 3、Most of the work will be focused on large molecular analysis, and will also involve a part of work in the small molecular analysis in the future 4、Understand customer's challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure highest customer satisfaction 5、Provide technical support to sales team by training and answering technical and application inquiries, 6、Deliver presentation in related seminar, workshop and conference. QUALIFICATION 1、Master Degree or above; 2、3-5+ years or above relevant LCMS operation experience 3、Broad technical and applications knowledge of protein analysis or Biopharma industry 4、 Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills is required 5、Experience with Agilent software, HPLC and mass spectrometry products is an advantage 6、Proactive, communicative and a strong team player. 7、Available for up to 40-50% business travel | |||
