Job Description
1.As product experts who deliver product competitiveness to contribute trade marketing excellence. Ensure Knee Joint excellence between BU and RO; perform as regional product expertise, creating product competitiveness based on product knowhow & marketing knowledge; satisfy customers by providing attractive customer solutions; high customer orientation with go to market focus.
2.Support of sales force; Agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication) and provide information about extra ordinary sales volumes to monthly sales/APO planner in the BRC.
3.Create Product Plan of activity; Hold specific product training and do the internal product training for sales specific for both first and second TL; PR/ Advertising interviews media training.
4.Responsible for the development and implementation of product strategy in conjunction with the BU.
5.Follow through of Growth Projects.
6.Responsible for business with his product groups (follow-up w/ KPI defined by BU)
7.Responsible for consolidated GM1 of their product group.
8.Define positioning of product line (specification and pricing) by distribution channel.
9.The expert in market intelligence for his products (customers, competitors, pricing, service, coverage, features and benefits etc.)
10.Analyze business with FAS. Provide figures for business plan (sales volume and revenue) to Business Analyst.
11.Define product category specific price components in alignment with Channel managers.
Qualifications
1.Job experience (3-5 years) within marketing, if possible also in sales or 2 years trainee program within AA.
2.Strong knowledge which function the products fulfil in the vehicle, how they differentiate and their features and benefits on both the commercial and the technical side and present them to the relevant recipients.
3.Comprehensive Knowledge about product costing/pricing and other product related commercial/financial processes
4.Take ownership of customer queries
5.Economic academic education, with focus on marketing, as a plus.
6.Above average presentation skills (sales pitch).
7.Very good English and local language skills.
