1.To deal with the internal product & process failures and problem solving with cross function.

2.Prepare for Internal APQP and support PPAP submissions to customer.

3.Involve the quality release activity of production line including for the necessary documents as Control plan, Inspection plan, Critical samples etc.

4.To organize the new Employee‘s training & assement for quality skill related.

5.Create routine Product Audit &Requalification Planning and Well Follow up.

6.Perform routine internal process audit (VDA6.3) ，LPA and follow up audit findings and improvement program.

7.To monitor the internal quality performance status and report in stat‘ toolings.

8.To identify and propose quality improvement opportunities and well implementing.

9.Support daily work related with customer claim handling.

Requirements：

1.Above Bachelor，Major in Electronics engineer.

2.At least 4 years quality experiences in electric manufacturing Industry and be familiar with the workshop quality Management

3.Excellent engineering still or experience on electric circuit and electric signal de-bug.

4.Skill for English communication by oral and written.

5.Basic knowledge of TS/VDA Standard.

6.Be similar with the customer quality requirement of Automotive industry.

7.Good skill Excel, word PPT, Minitab software etc.

8.Good methodology for problem solving like 6sigma, Red-X.
