Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Supporting and faciliating the compliance program implementation;
支持并促进合规计划的实施；
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and risk analysis; iIdentifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks;
执行合规风险评估与风险分析；识别潜在领域内的合规漏洞与风险；
- Preparing and conducting various compliance related training;
准备并执行相关的合规培训；
- Providing ethics and compliance guidance and advice to employees at all levels of the organization;
向组织内所有层级的员工提供道德，合规指导及建议；
- Conducting compliance clearances in pre-defined business activities;
在预先确定的业务活动中进行合规审查；
- Assisting in compliance audits and compliance investigations;
协助合规审计及调查；
- Advising and supporting the business operations in the establishment and execution of action plans to address deficiencies detected in compliance audits and investigations;
在业务运作时给与建议与支持，并在合规审计与调查中评估行动计划进行漏洞检测；
- Following up corrective action plans arising from compliance audits and investigations;
Requirement
- Detail-minded, audit-minded;
具有细节化审计化思维；
- Reasonable degree of stamina;
一定的耐力；
- Project management skills and organizational skill are necessary;
必要的项目管理与组织能力；
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and to work within timelines;
有能力在最少监督与时间线下处理工作；
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的分析，人际交往与沟通能力；
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
流利的英文与普通话。
- Degree holder in law / Judicial examination certification;
法学学历/司考证；
- 2 years of relevant Legal / Compliance experience in in MNC.
有两年跨国公司相关法律/合规工作的经验。
