Responsibilities工作职责：
- Define specification for eAxle system and sub components (E-motor, INV, transmission) based on requirement analysis including legislation, customer requirement, market trends, etc
根据法律法规、客户技术要求、市场技术趋势等需求分析,定义电桥产品及关联子系统和部件的技术规范
-eAxle system concept design and system solution development
电桥系统概念设计和系统方案开发
- eAxle system simulation (vehicle efficiency, NVH, EMC, thermal, etc) and validation
电桥系统仿真(整车效率、NVH、EMC、热性能等)及试验验证
- System safety design: high voltage safety and functional safety (eg torque control safety, etc)
系统安全设计：高压安全和功能安全(如扭矩控制安全)
- Technical discussion with customer, propose optimum project technical solution
与客户进行技术交流, 确定最优的项目技术方案
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automatic Control or related area
车辆工程、自动控制等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- Familiar with EV/HEV power train working principle and control theory, good knowledge of electric drive control system function development, experienced in related development and simulation tools is preferred
熟悉EV/HEV动力总成的工作、控制原理,具有电驱动控制系统功能开发经验,并熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具者优先
- eAxle project experience is preferred
具有电桥实际项目经验者优先
- Good communication, teamwork and English skills
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平
