Responsibilities工作职责：
- Support system requirements analysis, Responsible for hardware requirement analysis and sub-module requirements decomposition
支持产品系统需求分析,负责硬件需求分析和子模块需求分解
- Hardware system structure design, define hardware functional block diagram
硬件系统架构设计,定义硬件功能模块框图
- Main power topology selection, design, analysis and optimization
主功率拓扑选择,设计,分析和优化
- MOSFET driver module, magnetic parts and other modules spec definition, and design review
MOSFET 驱动,磁元件等其他模块需求定义以及设计评审
- Schematic circuit diagram integration, PCB board layout with CAD colleague
电路原理图集成,与CAD工程师一起进行layout设计
- Verification test including thermal test, integration test and etc
进行产品测试,包含热性能、集成测试等
- Coordinate HW FMEA, SC definition, component purchasing, sample manufacturing and etc
协调硬件FMEA、特殊特性定义,元件采购、样品生产等活动
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Power Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Automation, Motor, Circuits and Systems, Automation Control or related area
电力电子、汽车电子、自动化、电机、电路与系统、自动化控制等专业硕士及以上学历
- Proficiency in power electronics, familiar with power electronics topology, power semiconductor devices, driver design and thermal design, vehicle power electronics products or switching power supply experience is preferred
熟练掌握电力电子知识,熟悉电力电子的基本拓扑结构,功率半导体器件,驱动和散热设计,有开关电源或汽车电力电子产品开发经验者优先
- Be honest, active, and quick learner
诚实、积极主动、具备快速学习能力
- Good communication, teamwork and English skills, knowledge of German is preferred
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平,兼懂德语者优先
