Responsibilities
1.Type the information of other accounts receivable, prepayment and internal borrows into SAP, timely urge the people in charge to do the clearance.
2.Accounts receivable management. Type the information of purchase invoice and payment into SAP, check accounts with suppliers. Timely clear the bad debts.
3.Take charge of compiling the company financial accounting reports and analysis (including Chinese subsidiary’s monthly and yearly financial accounting report; annual consolidated accounting statement of SAIC, etc.) and provision that month.
4.Expenses provision, including staff salaries, the welfare expenses, depreciation reserves, provision of prepaid expenses and checking the appropriation.
