Responsibilities
1.Communication with customers’ service stations in China via customer internet platform, by phone or regional limited on-site. Documentation of complaints about the transmission in customers system
2.Support customer service station at determination of failure root causes related to ZFTS product - if necessary on-site, with clear advice for specific cases.
3.Failure diagnosis with customers test equipment and ZF tools to record malfunction, or for objective measuring customers subjective claims - e.g. complaints about shift quality. Single case documentation of customer complaints in ZF database and statistical analysis, create test reports
