Roles & Responsibilities
Follow Program Quality Process and jointly work with the global lead engineering team to ensure improvement actions on new products in place to meet the AP quality targets.
Own, determine and specify the quality health of the program at each milestone via program Quality process.
Report Quality related program status at Milestone/Gateway reviews and liaise closely with different Engineering team to ensure that all Forward Model Quality matters are addressed and executed in theProgram to achieveBest In Class quality
Lead the implementationof Ford Failure Mode Avoidance strategy for Forward Model Quality
Benchmark study on Ford product and key competitors and understand key improvement areas
Local customer feedback study and come up with better ideas to improve customer satisfaction with new product.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Master degree in engineering preferred;
Good understanding of Automotive Industry and Engineering
Proactive team player, excellent communication skills, can-do attitude;
Demonstrated capability and willingness to learn;
Strong willingness to work under different cultures, systems, and processes;
Proficient oral and written English skills
