Position Summary 岗位概要
负责机器人多传感器融合（激光、视、触、听等）、自主导航、环境感知、行为决策、云机器人等方向的应用基础研究。同时，负责建设和维护云机器人平台、机器人软硬件实验平台。
主要职责：
l Apply or participate to apply for research projects at national, provincial and ministry level. 负责或者参与国家级、省部级相关领域研究项目的申请。
l Be responsible for the preliminary investigation, project design, solutions of key technical issues in the theoretical research projects and pre-research projects of products. Organize the implementation of such projects.负责研究院理论研究项目和产品预研项目的前期调研、方案设计、核心技术攻关。组织项目的实施。
l Be responsible for the preliminary investigation and project design in the technical consultancy projects. Organize the implementation of such projects. 负责研究院技术咨询项目的调研与方案设计，组织项目的实施。
l Set the training plan and organize the implementation of technical training projects. Teach key training courses.负责研究院技术培训项目的培训计划制定，组织培训计划的实施，讲授核心培训课程。
l Be responsible for academic information projects. 负责研究院学术咨询分析项目的开展。
l Organize or assist to organize the international research workshop, technical exchange programs with universities and institutes. 组织或者协助组织学术研讨会、国内外大学和科研院所的技术交流项目。
l Research on the technology of the robotics.负责机器人领域相关前沿技术的研究；
l In collaboration with external universities and other scientific research institutions and responsible for the selection and research the field of robotics.与外部高校等科研机构合作，负责机器人领域前沿技术方向课题的选定及研究；
l Responsible for developing products related to the research of robotics. 负责机器人领域相关前沿技术研究成果的产品化落地。
教育背景和工作经验
l Minimum 4 years research experience in artificial intelligence or robotics. Have publications in the leading international journals and conferences.
2-4年以上人工智能或机器人领域的科研经验，有国际顶级期刊或国际顶级会议论文。
l Master and above degree
硕士及以上学历
l Strong quantitative and analytical capability .Strong personality with can-do attitude to lead, influence and hold team accountable
较强的分析能力，积极进取的性格，能领导、影响项目推进，并对团队负责
