Position Summary 岗位概要

负责机器学习相关的基础前沿理论研究。负责支持其他相关部门的应用基础研究。机器学习的研究方向主要包含：强化学习、深度对抗学习、自主学习、终身学习、随机优化技术、生物神经网络学习理论与记忆理论。

主要职责：

l  Apply or participate to apply for research projects at national, provincial and ministry level. 负责或者参与国家级、省部级相关领域研究项目的申请。

l  Be responsible for the preliminary investigation, project design, solutions of key technical issues in the theoretical research projects and pre-research projects of products. Organize the implementation of such projects.负责研究院理论研究项目和产品预研项目的前期调研、方案设计、核心技术攻关。组织项目的实施。

l  Be responsible for the preliminary investigation and project design in the technical consultancy projects. Organize the implementation of such projects. 负责研究院技术咨询项目的调研与方案设计，组织项目的实施。

l  Set the training plan and organize the implementation of technical training projects. Teach key training courses.负责研究院技术培训项目的培训计划制定，组织培训计划的实施，讲授核心培训课程。

l  Be responsible for academic information projects. 负责研究院学术咨询分析项目的开展。

l  Organize or assist to organize the international research workshop, technical exchange programs with universities and institutes. 组织或者协助组织学术研讨会、国内外大学和科研院所的技术交流项目。

l  Using machine learning, deep learning technology, and relying on the mass data of commercial customers, mining the value of data, completing the construction, evaluation and continuous optimization of data mining models of user portrait.利用机器学习/深度学习技术，依托商业客户的海量数据，挖掘数据价值，完成用户画像、风险控制、数据决策等数据挖掘模型的构建、维护、部署、评估和持续优化工作。

l  Understand the logic of the product application scenario of the data, supporting business data analysis, discovering the implied changes and problems in time, and providing decision support for the business development.理解数据的产品应用场景逻辑，支持业务部门商业数据分析，及时发现和分析其中隐含的变化和问题，为业务发展提供决策支持；

 

教育背景和工作经验

l  Minimum 4 years research experience in artificial intelligence or robotics. Have publications in the leading international journals and conferences.
4年以上人工智能或机器人领域的科研经验，有国际顶级期刊或国际顶级会议论文。

l  Master and above degree
硕士及以上学历

l  Strong quantitative and analytical capability .Strong personality with can-do attitude to lead, influence and hold team accountable

l  较强的分析能力，积极进取的性格，能领导、影响项目推进，并对团队负责
