主要工作：

1 深入现场对生产过程中存在的焊接质量问题准确判断并及时解决
Finding and solve the welding quality problems immediately during the working time.
2 分析影响焊接质量因素，查找根本原因，预防改善，提高焊接质量
Analyze the factors that affect the welding quality to find out the root cause, through the preventive maintenance and improvement to improve the quality of welding.
3 实施生产线维护，建立PM系统主数据（维护保养计划，任务清单，设备BOM等），并落实准确应用
Implement the maintenance of the production line, set up the PM system master data (including the maintenance plan, task list, equipment BOM, etc.), and to carry out.
4 完善焊接类设备备品备件清单,制定安全库存
Improve the spare part list and plan the safety stock about the relevant welding equipment.
5 焊接相关资料（焊接参数、焊钳/夹具图纸、技术手册、焊接工艺等）管理
Manage the welding relevant document( welding parameters, welding gun and fixture drawings, technical
manual, welding process and so on
6 支持ME开展新设备导入工作，完成焊接参数验证工作
Support ME during early stages of the project, and welding parameters inspection.
7 了解电气及机器人相关知识，并具有一定的处理相关问题的能力
Learn the knowledge of the electrical and robot, and have the ability to deal with the related problems.

任职资格：

任职资格：
1 本科及以上学历, 焊接、汽车、机械、材料 类相关专业；
2 英语4级及以上
3 熟练使用UG或Catia或Solidworsks软件绘制Product(至少10个parts构成)，并能生成模拟动画&工程图；
4 计算机等级考试C/C++语言二级或以上级别；
5 IIW证书持有者优先录取；
6 PMP证书持有者优先录取；
