主要工作：

1、依据标准及委托要求，在试验室进行相关材料性能测试，并出具报告；
According to standards and requirements from customers, Material engineer do the material properties testing,then make the test resports;
2、掌握汽车用相关材料的性能，并建立，维护并完善材料性能数据库信息；
Mater the related material properties of vehicle, build and update material database informaiton;
3、维护材料相关测试及性能要求相关标准，并维护企业材料标准与标准化部门进行对接；
updating the related standards of testing and properties, and responsible to communicate with standards department;
4、汽车材料选材以及工艺优化涉及到的相关材料研发测试与研究；
responsible for some testing related research and development,in order to support material selection and process optimization
5、按照公司的质量管理体系要求，执行相关体系要求工作。
According to the requirement of quality management system, doing related works.

任职资格：

1、本科或本科以上学历，材料科学与工程，材料化学，高分子材料等相关专业；
Bachelor or above, the major is Material Science and Engineering, Material Chemistry, Polymer Material and so on.
2、有扎实的材料专业理论知识，掌握材料基础性能及具备材料性能分析等能 力；熟悉材料性能测试的相关实验室检测仪器，试验方法;
Have the strong knowlege of materials , master material basic properties and can do the material properties analysis, besides be familiar with test equipments and test methods.
3、认真踏实，态度积极，具有良好的沟通能力和较强的团队合作意识和能力;
earnest, pragmatic and optimistic, having a good communication and strong team work spirit;
4、掌握基础的office等办公软件及基础的数据处理能力;
Master the basic office software and have ability of data processing;
5、良好的英语听、读、写能力。
have a good English ability, including listening ,reading ,and writing.
