主要工作：

1. During design concept stage of new programs, assist cost supervisor to support design engineers to fulfill design efficiency.
新项目设计概念阶段，协助成本主管支持研发工程师进行基于成本驱动的设计。
2. During recommendation stage of new programs, assist cost supervisor to generate cost estimate for both parts and tooling. Meanwhile, lead gap analysis between cost estimate and supplier quote and find out the breakthrough point to support buyers for cost reduction negotiation.
新项目定点阶段，协助成本主管对零件和模具进行成本估算。对估算和报价进行差异性分析，从而找出合理的降价空间并支持采购进行商务谈判。
3. Assist cost supervisor to generate cost estimate and gap analysis for CO’s to support buyers for cost reduction negotiation.
新项目定点后，协助成本主管对设计变更进行成本估算和成本差异性分析，并支持采购进行商务谈判。
4. Support TVM for launched programs.
量产后，定期更新成本估算并跟进成本差异的关闭进程。
5. Assist supervisor to support design Engineers to fulfill VA/VA activities to improve function or reduce cost.
对量产项目，协助成本主管支持研发开展VA/VE工作，实现功能提升或者成本优化。
6. Collect manufacturing process, equipment and raw material etc. Cost estimating relevant information via supplier visit.
拜访供应商，搜集生产工艺、设备和材料等成本相关信息，完善成本估算所需数据库。

任职资格：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, automotive engineering,mechanical or relevant major.
本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械制造、电子信息及通信工程等相关专业。
2.Familiar with stamping,injection,casting,welding,Heat Treatment,coating and Electronics etc. Mfg processes and relevant equipments.
熟悉冲压、注塑、铸造、焊接、热处理、表面涂层和电子等汽车零部件相关生产工艺和设备。
3.Familiar with cost structure and cost drivers.
对成本有一定的认知，了解成本的主要构成因素。
4Fluent in both spoken and written English.
较强的英语读、听、写能力。
5.Familiar with Microsoft Office Softwares.
熟练使用Microsoft Office 软件。
