主要工作：

1. 负责制定冲压件自制外采清单；
Responsible for make inhouse and outsourcing list for stamping parts;
2. 负责预估新开发模具的采购成本和开发计划；
Responsible for estimating the dies development cost and development plan for newly developed dies
3. 负责参与对模具供应商的考察及审核；
Responsible for participating in the inspection and review of stamping dies suppliers;
4. 负责冲压件设计评审，制造可行性评估；
Responsible for stamping parts design simultaneous engineering, manufacturing feasibility assessment
5. 负责模具设计方案的评审与进度跟踪；
Responsible for the review and progress tracking of the die design;
6. 负责模具制造进度的跟踪和质量控制；
Responsible for tracking of die manufacturing schedule and quality control;
7. 负责模具调试现场跟踪，并定期做项目进展汇报；
Responsible for tracking of dies tryout on-site, and make regular progress reports;
8. 负责模具验收和模具移交；
Responsible for dies acceptance and dies transfer;
9. 负责冲压生产时模具相关的现场技术问题处理；
Responsible for solve dies technical problems during stamping production;
10. 负责上级主管交付的其他工作
Responsible for other tasks delivered by the supervisor.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，机械、材料及模具相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical、material and mold
2、熟练使用Office，Autocad，Autoform等计算机软件
Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Autocad, Autoform
3、具备良好的英语口语和读写能力
english level 4， Have good written and spoken English skills
