Task Description 职责描述:
1. Provide on-site commercial services to responsible customers, and play as a window at customer to collect related business information.
- Coordinate and track Bekaert shipment and inventory at customer site.
- Support Account Managers to achieve AR targets.
- Support Account Managers to build customer intimacy.
- Collect customer information: voice of customer, customer organization and production related info, machine type and major index, etc.
- Monitor competitor performance at customer site: volume, constructions, quality, etc.
2. Provide on-site technical service, including customer complaints handling, product spec communication, trail lot follow-up, etc.
- Customer complaint:
* Fast define the problem by customer visit and on-site information collection
* Coordinate resources in BK, and to lead critical problem solving
* Communicate with customer by professional technical discussion, and to close the problem
* Share problem solving cases within BK China, to prevent repeated problems.
- Trial lot:
* Close together with PAT, to follow up new product trial lots, including problem solving for new trial lots.
* Monitor >=2nd trial lots
* Follow up improvement lots and normal products
- Product Spec
* Communicate with QRR, QA on product spec change required by customer
* Communicate with customer on product spec change required by Plant TD/PTT/PAT
Qualifications 任职要求:
We're looking for the potential candidates who can grow into Account Manager of Technical Service Manager role in RR commercial team.
1. 0-3 years operation/technical experience in the field of tire industry, Bekaert background preferred.
2. Good knowledge of tire cord products and applications.
3. Basic knowledge of commercial principles and techniques.
4. Customer oriented and result driven.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good team player.
7. Integrity: stick to commitments.
