岗位职责：
1、协助项目负责人调查高级职位相关行业、市场的信息，分析并确定猎聘方案；
2、利用内外部资源，通过各种渠道筛选、搜集候选人简历；
3、电话沟通确定合适的目标候选者，完成对候选人的电话初试；
4、协助项目负责人完成候选人报告；
5、完成项目负责人安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，专业不限；
2、具有较强的语言表达、沟通能力及领悟力，性格要开朗外向；
3、细致、耐心，有责任心，肯于吃苦，具有较强的团队合作精神。
