Responsibilities:
-Working with commercial team to expand sales in China.
-Providing on-site demonstration and other support for training, installation, method development, trade shows and other marketing events.
-Identifying unmet needs, seeking new markets and applications for Thermo Fisher Field and Security Instrument core technologies, include Raman, FTIR, XRF, radiation etc.
-Working with business development manager to establish strategies and develop applications for new markets
-Mastering product technical knowledge through coordination with HQ, provide application report, application notes, presentation and other technical sales tools.
-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings.
-Working with Commercial team, HQ and distributors to influence government standards.
-Working with Commercial teams, HQ and Distributors to provide after sales services
-Acting as a technical link between customers and Company.
-Getting product approvals from Chinese authorities.
-Fostering a positive image of Thermo Fisher Portable Optical Analysis among customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
-BS degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Automation or equivalent is required. Appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of BS degree.
-Effective interpersonal and listening skills.
-Self-motivated and result focused.
-Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese [Mandarin] and English.
