Job Description
1.Responsible for product management, brand awareness and customer preference.
2.Provide solution to help team of sales professionals belonging to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Distributors / Dealers and Manager Projects.
3.Help to guide regional promotions, new product launching, marketing programs and visibility drives through workshops, seminars, conferences etc.
4.Collecting market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and then formulating result oriented sales schemes in consultation with the MD for various customers, markets.
5.Help sale’s team to achieve privileged relationships with existing Key accounts, customers and acquire new customers from competition.
6.Training & Problem Solving: direct training programs and improve knowledge, skills and attitude to increase the organizational capability.
Requirements:
1.Master degree and above is required with major Life sciences or related.
2.Self-motivated, positive attitude, customer focused, willing to take initiative.
3.Good negotiation and communication skills.
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
