The application specialist will be responsible for IDD products applications to develop the Sales and Customer satisfaction towards that specific account. And, effectively support sales teams by providing the professional application courses to the distributors or the customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Products expert and provide professional training to internal and external team.

2.Define and drive application service rule; Make the trouble shooting materials and products manuals available.

3.Conduct clinical microbial education training to KOLs and understand the needs of the current and future customers for applications.

4.Integrate work flows with promotional, customer education and other programs to drive commercial growth.

5.Support product development efforts to offer appropriate products to different market segments.

6.Work close with territory sales team to maintain the customer device/consumable use, and enhance the consumable consumption through clinical education.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

1.Good clinical microbial trouble shooting skill and communication skill.

2.Master degree or above major in Microbiology/ Industrial Diagnosis/ life science or relevant fields.

3.Fluent in English, good computer application skills.
