The successful candidate will act as a consultant for UCC in China. This is a full-time position where the candidates will be based in Beijing. The successful candidate will be paid a monthly salary along with an attractive, national insurances provided, overseas training opportunities available.

iBay Education & Technology Co. Ltd. is the administrative principal of UCC （University College Cork）in China - the UCC Beijing Representative Office was founded in 2005, which provides educational assistance and service for Chinese students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. With out great effort, more than 1000 students have been admitted to UCC for their higher education since its establishment. The UCC Beijing Representative Office has responsibility for recruitment and promotion of UCC in China, including coordinating joint programs between UCC and its partner universities. Currently, over 20 partner universities, diverse joint programs, student exchange programs, teacher training etc. are managed by UCC Beijing Representative Office.  

 

The key responsibilities

1. Apply for UCC on behalf of students, help edit application documents and materials;

2. Process visa applications for students and liaise with Irish Visa Office in Beijing;   

3. Collecting, gathering and analysis account`s or student’s data and information;

4. Regular communication with relevant office and department of UCC;

5. Supporting Office Manager on daily running;

6. Provide administrative and logistical support to UCC visiting staff.

Person Specification

1. Team work experience;

2. Self-study and patient;

3. One-year relevant work and intern experience are preferred, the excellent graduates also be considered.

 

Study Certificate

1. Degree Qualification, overseas study experience preferred.

2. The ability to be able to speak both Chinese and English in fluency.
