Job Description 岗位描述
1.Analyzing customer functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of energy management products and Radar products;
分析客户的功能测试要求，创建能源管理产品和雷达产品的相应测试用例及序列；
2.Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & internal requirements;
根据客户与内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档；
3.Create test cases and test sequences for the durability/environmental tests and system tests;
创建耐久/环境测试和系统测试相关测试用例；
4.Performing the qualifying tests, Test the found and fixed faults, fault documentation, result documentation;
完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告；
5.Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle (proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints ...);
产品周期各阶段验证（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）；
6.If necessary on-site test support at customer;
如有需要，协助客户进行驻场测试；
7.Permanent coordination with project manager and development team;
项目经理及开发团队的长期协调；
8.Coordinate the internal resources in Lab;
实验室内部资源的协调；
9.Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for energy management products and Radar products in Hella Shanghai test Lab;
能源管理产品和雷达产品的相关测试方法测试设备的长期完善和开发；
10.Other jobs assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering;
电子相关专业本科学历及以上；
2.Familiar with communication protocols and busses of the Automotive world (CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, ...) and related tools;
熟悉汽车行业通讯总线协议（CAN, LIN, Flex Ray,…）及相关测试工具；
3.Fluent English, both oral and written;
英语听说读写熟练；
4.Familiar with customer validation standards and international test norms;
熟悉客户测试标准和国际通用测试规范；
5.Good team player and good communication skill.
良好的团队合作能力及沟通能力。
